Unlocking Inner Capacities for Climate Action

In early March, GreenBuzz, together with the IDG Switzerland – Climate Week Zurich Network, hosted an experiential IDG Lab as a pre-event for Climate Week Zurich contributors.

The workshop invited participants to explore how inner capacities such as presence, sense-making, trust, and collaboration can strengthen climate-related dialogue, decision-making, and participation. Through interactive exercises and guided exchanges, participants engaged with simple IDG micro-practices and reflected on how these could be integrated into their own Climate Week Zurich sessions.

By bringing together CWZ partners and contributors ahead of the week, the lab helped strengthen connections and support the design of events that foster deeper engagement, collaboration, and collective impact.
