Reflect & Reconnect: An Intentional Afterwork

On 5 February, GreenBuzz and TransformAction Lab hosted an intentional afterwork designed to create space for pause and reflection at the start of an intense new year.

In a world shaped by constant change, increasing demands, and growing expectations, the evening invited participants to reconnect with key questions: What motivates us? What sustains us? What connects us to our intentions in the long run?

Through guided prompts and facilitated exchanges in different group constellations, attendees engaged in meaningful conversations that went beyond small talk. The space allowed sustainability and climate professionals to reflect on shared challenges, reconnect with their purpose, and strengthen their sense of community.

The evening concluded with a shared Apéro, offering further opportunity to connect in a relaxed and supportive atmosphere.
